EYFS visit the Farm

The Reception children enjoyed the trip to Greatwood Farm this week and were lucky to enjoy a day of dry weather. Children were able to feed lambs and find out all about how Farmer Brian works hard to look after them.

Children enjoyed a coach journey and also a ride in a tractor trailer as part of their adventure! During a forest school session children were able to grind wheat to make flour which they used to make bread. Bread was toasted over the campfire and enjoyed as a delicious snack.
