Reception Children Learn About How Roots Turn Into Food

On Tuesday, Reception children took part in a cookery session with Darren from 'Roots to Food.' 

The children worked in teams peeling, chopping, mixing and cooking the fresh ingredients to make a Rogan Josh curry.  They demonstrated brilliant teamwork and super cooking skills.

After their efforts, the children were so excited to taste the delicious food they had prepared.
