Voting for the Best Design

Children in Year 4 at Bourne Westfield were recently invited to enter a competition to design a pair of shorts for Bourne Westfield’s Golf teacher Darren Game to wear when he teaches their lessons.

The winning shorts were designed by Millie who was delighted with the finished product!

Darren Game commented, “I was blown away by all the entries in this year’s competition, the research, creativity, and attention to detail was amazing. Asa result, we had to have a top seven in each class for the first time ever, which is a credit to all the pupils. Judging was even harder and any of three class winning designs could have won. In the end, Millie’s design was chosen and I am going to enjoy wearing these shorts each Wednesday in school.”
